Annette’s recipes are healthy, easy, and delicious. She used wonderful, fresh flavors and vibrant colors in her preparation. If I had to pick a favorite, I especially enjoyed her red lentil soup. A few spices combined with lentils, shallots and tomatoes tasted super healthy and light. It was quite tasty and easy to make – perfect for a cool day!
